You’ll love the ultra-modern chic furnishings and decor, especially the master bedroom with an amazing en suite bathroom and patio overlooking the backyard and golf course. Each of the other bedrooms is outfitted with comfy new linens for a great night’s rest after a fun day of exploring the city. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, a 10-person dining room table plus an eat-in kitchen counter/seating, and spacious bathrooms stocked with fresh towels.

Our stunning backyard is perfect for entertaining! A private sparkling swimming pool, multiple areas for outdoor dining, and a covered patio area with lights. Drink your morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine in the well-lit back patio area, perfect for unwinding and relaxation with your group day or night. Our backyard rests on a golf course, so there are no neighbors behind the house- we are located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We’re close to the freeway and within 2 miles of the nearest hospital. We are also located close to Arrowhead Mall and near Wet and Wild Water Park! Enjoy great views of the golf course behind the house as well.

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in 🙂
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $2,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
