Phoenix Dream Retreat is the perfect home base for your stay in Arizona! Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, you can’t beat our convenient location in the heart of Coronado Historic District- we’re happy to offer everything you’ll need to feel right at home during your stay. Our home is newly remodeled and you’ll be one of our first guests! The gourmet kitchen includes brand new cabinets, granite countertops, an under-mount stainless steel sink, and all new stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries, no need to bring your own, and have been recently remodeled with gorgeous subway tile and glass mosaic accent tile.

With sleeping space for up to 6 guests, our place is ideal for families, small groups, business travelers, and more. There is a casita located in the backyard that sleeps 2- the only shared space is the backyard (if there happen to be guests staying there at the same time), the home itself is completely private. If you have a group of 8, let us know and we can direct you to our combo listing which offers both the main home and the casita combined. Main bedroom has an additional pack and play perfect for families.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in 🙂
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. We potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
