Welcome to sunny Phoenix! Our place is the perfect homebase for your stay. Airy and spacious, you’ll have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in our single story home. Complete with total functionality, our home has everything you’ll need for convenience on your stay including a fully stocked kitchen (see below for details), fast internet/wifi, a built in workspace (for those working while traveling), central AC, multiple Smart TVs with Rokus, and a washer and dryer unit. What Arizona home is complete without a large backyard space? Enjoy your privacy outside with a fenced yard and cool off in the pool, cook dinner on the barbeque, and have plenty of seating to eat or simply catch up.

Eating out at the restaurants, enjoying the activities and seeing all the sites are a must when visiting Phoenix, and at this homebase, you’ll be all within a 10-20 minute drive from everything! Some of the best rated restaurants nearby include Chelsea’s Kitchen, The Arrogant Butcher, and Durant’s. For the pro golfers of your group, be sure to stop by Paradise Valley Golf Course. Looking for some daytime activities to entertain your group? Take a hike and see Camelback Mountain and Hole in the Rock. For kids joining, they’ll love Phoenix Zoo and the Children’s Museum of Phoenix! For a more adventurous day, there are plenty of options like Hot Air Balloon tours, ATV rentals/tours, and Helicopter tours.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. We potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
