Fun in the sun awaits you in our 2,550 sq. ft. getaway! Surrounded by palm trees, flowers, cacti (and even an orange tree in the backyard), you won't want to miss our super spacious single-story desert oasis. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, we’re happy to offer everything you’ll need to feel right at home during your stay. Inside we have multiple games to play with your group, and outside we have an amazing backyard setting (be sure to bring your camera, lots of areas for photo-ops).

We are very close to several spring training stadiums, casinos, and the numerous golf courses that Scottsdale has to offer, and just 5 minutes from world-famous Old Town. We’re located roughly 20 min from the Mayo Clinic.

The living and dining rooms open up to the covered patio (with lights for night dining!) and pool area allowing for effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio has lounge chairs and a top-of-the-line BBQ grill.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Please be advised that there is a possibility of construction noise in the area due to ongoing projects: Paradise valley construction and noise ordinance hours, Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Saturday Sunday 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
- The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in 🙂
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $3,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge your sec deposit, plus any additional cost needed based on the cost of the damage done.

-Pets are welcome for a $150 fee plus $50 for each additional. Please note:
1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing pets and the fees must be paid prior to check-in. Exceptions apply for service animals, but proof that your pet is a service animal must be provided.
2. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.
6. The back of this property is very large, and there are areas in the fence where it is possible for a dog to get out. There are also plants and cactus that could be harmful, so we recommend keeping a good eye on your pets when they are outside.

-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
