Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we’re happy to offer everything you’ll need to feel right at home while on vacation. With sleeping space for up to 10 guests, our home is the perfect launchpad for your stay.

Enter into the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen spaces. The couches are super comfortable, perfect for gathering with your group after a fun day of exploring the city. Our 6-person dining table plus eat-in kitchen with 3 stools offer plenty of seating for your group to share meals together. All of the bedrooms are located on the main ground level floor (four bedrooms plus an additional mixed-use space of laundry room with a desk/Murphy bed option).

The master bedroom and dining areas both open up to our beautiful outdoor space. You'll love our backyard patio set up with ample seating and TV! Watch the big game with your group under our covered patio area, or challenge each other to a game of corn hole.

Sports fan? Don’t miss MLB Spring Training, or catch a Cardinals NFL game, Diamondbacks MLB game, or Coyotes NHL game while you’re in town.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in 🙂
-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
