Our single-story home is ideal for families and groups, with sleeping space for up to 9 guests. All of our beds are new and outfitted with new linens, and our master bedroom features a HUGE walk-in closet/bathroom with a soaking tub, glass shower, double vanity, and more. Enjoy a game room, dining room with 6-person table, Smart TVs, and a stunning kitchen with a skylight and eat-in bar with seating (keep the chef of your group company!). The living room with fireplace and comfortable couches open up to our backyard oasis which features beautiful backyard landscaping with lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture (tables and chairs), TV, a sparkling private swimming pool, an outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and more. The perfect home base for your stay!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in 🙂
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
