Bring kids, family, or friends, as this simple yet comfortable unit will sleep 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms (full size beds in each), a pull-out futon in the living space, and 2 full bathrooms (one ensuite off bedroom one). If this happens to be a work related trip, there’s even a workspace handy located in the main bedroom. Relax in the shade on the outdoor patio, and lounge inside with multiple flat screen TV’s, Hi-Speed internet, a fully loaded kitchen space, and a dining space with plenty of seating. A laundry facility is also available here in the common area of the complex for convenience.

Enjoy the community pool and hot tub, perfect for soaking up some sun or a fun activity for kids joining the group! Complete the pool day by swinging by the common area and using the community BBQ, all more than welcome to use. Itching to have a good time downtown? The heart of Scottsdale is just a few minutes away! Filled with restaurants, bars, and live entertainment, be sure to visit Old town, a staple of the area's nightlife. Travel stress is reduced by not only being a few minutes outside the heart of downtown, but the Scottsdale airport is only 8 miles away, and the Phoenix airport is 14. ** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in 🙂
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
