The compact kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, and a 2-burner stovetop, perfect for preparing simple meals or snacks. Kick back and relax in front of the smart TV, which allows you to stream your favorite shows and movies while lounging in our comfortable queen-sized bed.

As part of a larger complex, our vacation rental also offers access to a shared pool with a BBQ, and an on-site gym. So, whether you want to work up a sweat or relax by the pool, there's something for everyone! And when you're ready to explore the surrounding area, you’ll find plenty of options within a short distance of 1-4 miles, including shopping and dining, parks and walking trails for all the nature lovers out there! ** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-The community pool closes in September. It will reopen sometime around Memorial Day, thank you!
