Colorado adventures and serenity await at our lovely condo! Our beautifully decorated, welcoming 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is the perfect place for a single person or couple looking to get the most out of their getaway. Our complex includes access to a gym and outdoor swimming pool, as well as large, naturally lit shared common areas for all your get-together needs. Our apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home, from a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances to a spacious bathroom with fresh towels and complimentary soaps and shampoos. Our updated unit is conveniently located on the 1st floor. The kitchen has granite counters, new range and dishwasher, and new cabinets. Our bedroom features a brand new, comfortable queen bed with a spacious closet, and an HDTV. Relax and enjoy knowing everything has been thought of for your stay!

- 2 HDTVs (1 in living room, 1 in bedroom). The TV in the master will have an amazon TV firestick attached where you can log in with your own info on netflix, hulu, etc 🙂 (No Cable)

** OUTSIDE SPACE **
-Our outdoor amenities are perfect for enjoying time together outdoors. Fire up the BBQ grill for a memorable cookout, cool off in the sparkling swimming pool, or lounge pool-side under the sun. The shared outdoor patio provides the perfect area to gather together and enjoy the beautiful weather.
-Gym area is now open for use! The gym can be accessed 24/7 through the back door down from the pool/patio area. Residents need to push hard on the opening tab above the handle for entry. Please be reminded that the pandemic is not over. Masks are required at all times and equipment must be wiped down with the disinfecting wipes provided after each use. The gym area and all equipment are used at your own risk.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in 🙂
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-The community pool closes on Sept 7, 2023. It will reopen sometime around Memorial Day, thank you!
-Please note that the Boston Common complex allows for smoking due to each unit being individually owned. We do not allow smoking in our units but it is possible that the units around you smoke. Therefore please be advised that a smoke smell can pass through these units from time to time.
-Please note that this unit is part of a larger complex and noise is possible during your stay. We do not manage every unit in the complex and cannot be held accountable for any noise issues that arise during your stay.
