Enjoy the convenience of a 34” Smart TV in the living room, fast and reliable WiFi, and an electric BBQ grill for outdoor dining on the patio with a table and four chairs.
The condo comes equipped with fresh linens, towels, soaps, and shampoos, as well as a kitchen featuring a refrigerator, microwave, oven, blender, stove, and drip coffee maker. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the common area next door.

* MY FAVORITE THINGS TO DO NEARBY **
There is so much to do both in town and nearby here in Pagosa Springs! Wolf Creek ski area gets the most snow in Colorado, is a favorite during winter months, and is 30 min away. There is fishing, camping, canoeing, and climbing in the summer months. Hot Springs are open year-round. Hot Air Balloons will take you up for an amazing adventure year-round and they touch down on a lake. Speaking of lakes – there are 7 in the area! We also have tons of biking trails. The downtown area is full of fun to be had, and it’s about a 45 minute drive to Durango.

-The weather can be unpredictable in the mountains! Be prepared for the season you are traveling in.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-There are a few small steps leading up to the house.
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
