Casa Natura Chic Golf Front Estate w/ Private Pool

Pure Vida! Casa Natura is a Mediterranean-style villa with a linear and zen design that integrates very well in the Guanacaste and tropical landscape. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 full / 2 half bathrooms, we have space for 8 guests, making our place the perfect spot for families, friends, and group travel! Our main floor has an open design featuring a large living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bedroom area is separate and has three suites-bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and two of them with walk-in closets. Between the sleeping area and the social area sits a family room and a guest bathroom, a total of four spacious bedrooms with comfortable linens, and 6 bathrooms. On the first floor you will find 3 full bathrooms (one for each bedroom) and 2 half bathrooms, one in the living room and another one in the pool area). The second floor has 1 full bathroom. The backyard is located next to the pool area- a beautiful green field can be seen from there. The pool itself is huge! Plenty of space for entertaining. The terrace includes backyard furniture to enjoy time outdoors- there is no fence, but you’ll have full privacy.

** Important ** There is construction happening nearby through June 2023. There may be noise due to this 7 am - 5 pm ( Monday - Saturday), and we have lowered our rates to compensate for any inconvenience. We are unable to offer any compensation due to noise during your stay.

-The pool is filled out with saltwater during summer and regular water during winter.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- IMPORTANT -There are two houses under construction 50 meters away from this property, and there may be some noise during your stay. Also, there is a new construction going on in front that will be done by Dec.2023.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
