This beautiful home has everything essential in a perfect Costa Rica vacation! With plenty of privacy in the fenced, 2 story property, sleep 8 guests comfortably in 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Stay refreshed in the large pool right from the backyard space, including a BBQ and sun chairs to lounge in. Our light and airy home is equipped with all the needed amenities, like complimentary wifi, A/C, a fully stocked kitchen (see below for all that is included), and a dining space. Guests will also have fresh linens, towels, shampoos and soaps. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have a lovely terrace to walk out and enjoy the Costa Rican sun, and view of the neighborhood.

-Security Cameras: One at the main gate and one exterior on each side of the house.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
