Welcome to Reserva Conchal Carao T3-1, a spacious and comfortable condo perfect for your stay. This single-floor unit features three bedrooms, including two master suites. The first master bedroom is located to the right upon entering and offers a king-size bed and a private full bathroom. The second master bedroom, situated past the living room to the left, also includes a king-size bed and a private full bathroom. The third bedroom, to the right of the living room, features a queen-size bed and two twin beds placed together, allowing the condo to accommodate up to eight guests.

The unit includes three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The living room is equipped with a 60-inch Smart TV, while the second master bedroom has a 45-inch Smart TV, both offering the option to connect a computer. The second master bedroom also features a jacuzzi, which should be filled with hot water until the jets are fully covered before use.

For climate control, the living room has a central A/C unit, while each bedroom is equipped with individual mini-split air conditioning units. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with an ice dispenser, microwave, oven, blender, stove, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and water dispenser. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Guests can enjoy a BBQ grill and take in the beautiful surroundings with beach access, ocean proximity, and a golf course view within the resort community. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, Reserva Conchal Carao T3-1 provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay.

PLEASE NOTE: As part of ongoing improvements at the Beach Club, roof repairs will begin on Monday, February 24th, continuing through the first week of May. Work will be done in stages to minimize disruptions, and all efforts will be made to keep affected areas open as much as possible. ** ADDITIONAL DETAILS **
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
