Sunrise Tamarindo 15 is a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo situated in a gated community right across the street from famous Tamarindo beach. Sunrise Tamarindo 15 offers a spacious floor plan of 1800 ft2 with a large covered terrace on the front and a smaller terrace nestled in the back.  Sunrise 15 also has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, fabulous open living area, and laundry room.

The ocean view master bedroom offers a king bed, sliding doors to the front terrace and ensuite bathroom.  The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed and sliding doors to the back terrace.  The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to the back terrace. The guest bathroom with big shower is just outside the doors of the second and third bedrooms.

Sunrise Tamarido 15 is close to everything in vibrant Tamarindo including restaurants, shops, nightlife, activities and the gorgeous beach right across the street.  Perfect fully equipped Tamarindo vacation rental for families or groups of friends. Spacious, flat screens, WiFi, 24 hour security, elevators, granite kitchen, washer dryer, walk-in showers, great water pressure, lovely architecture.  All the bells and whistles you could wish for in a vacation rental in paradise!

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
