Nestled within lush surroundings, our property features a main house and two charming casitas, serving as the perfect getaway for larger groups or families looking for a private escape! Between all living quarters, you'll have a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (see below for specific details and bed configuration) – enough room to accommodate 12 guests with ultimate privacy!

Inside every space, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing and practical stay! Our main home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with pristine and updated finishes. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for dining in, as well as a convenient washer and dryer unit for laundry needs and a bright living area to unwind while watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV!

Our two charming Casitas on the property can provide extra space for guests and maximum privacy during your stay! One Casita offers two cozy bedrooms (one room featuring a bunk bed!) along with a full kitchen and an outside terrace to enjoy the lovely tropical ambiance. The other Casita boasts a studio-style space with a full bed, kitchenette, and small dining area, perfect for any couples or singles that are a part of your group. Enjoy a smart TV in both, as well as fast internet access throughout the entire property!

Escape to the outdoors where you will have access to a serene and beautifully landscaped backyard space! Relax in the inviting dining area, enjoy the sparkling swimming pool or create unforgettable memories by the cozy fire pit equipped with ample seating. And for our littlest guests, a dedicated play area awaits (including a trampoline!), ensuring endless hours of fun and laughter. Embrace the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
–We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
–Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
–Please check official websites for Costa Rica and/or your embassy for the most up-to-date information, and ensure that you are familiar with all requirements before you travel.

–*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
