Soak up the heat on our loungers by the pool before hopping into the sparkling water to cool off!! The shared outdoor space also includes a cozy firepit to sit around and chat in the evening, a charming gazebo with a BBQ, and trampoline/play area for any kiddos joining!

Villa Real is centered in a prime location. While it’s tucked away in a private and lowkey area, you’ll have the best of both worlds, being only 15-30 minutes away from multiple beaches and local towns, like Tamarindo! This buzzing nearby beach town is known for its incredible surfing and beautiful beach, not to mention all of its shopping, dining, and activity options. You and your group will have so much fun staying at The Oasis!

*Please note that this home is one of three on this property. This home is located directly in the center of the property with two casitas on either end. Please keep in mind that while the pool is only available to your guests, the rancho areas are shared and the pool is not closed off by any fences, only trees.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-Security Cameras: Two cameras in the covered car park, looking towards the vehicles. One camera in the parking lot looking towards the BBQ ranch, one camera in house 1 looking towards the main entrance of the house.
–We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
–Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
–Please check official websites for Costa Rica and/or your embassy for the most up-to-date information, and ensure that you are familiar with all requirements before you travel.
–*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
