Our cozy casita sits within the lush and tropical greenery of Villa Real. With 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom, this space is ideal for small groups or families looking for the perfect homebase to return to after a day of exploring the surrounding area! Our casita includes a kitchen, shared washer and dryer, Smart TVs in each bedroom and complimentary WiFi.

The outdoors is where you want to be! Take full advantage of the shared outside space, featuring a fire pit for evening fun, a BBQ for cookouts and a small private terrace for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or taking in the beautiful surroundings. If you have kiddos joining you, they’ll love the designated play area and trampoline!

While our Casita is located in a serene and private location, Tamarindo is only 15 minutes away! Known for its surfing and nightlife, you’ll have an abundance of shopping, restaurants, bars and adventure options right at your fingertips! Walk the beautiful beach, snorkel in the clear water or simply sun bathe at your leisure! Looking to explore more of Costa Rica? Other local beaches and towns are within a 20-30 minute drive! At The Oasis Casita, you’ll have everything you need right at your doorstep!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
–We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
–Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
–Please check official websites for Costa Rica and/or your embassy for the most up-to-date information, and ensure that you are familiar with all requirements before you travel.
-Security Cameras: Two cameras in the covered car park, looking towards the vehicles, and one camera in the parking lot looking towards the BBQ ranch.
–*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
