The twin beds in our second bedroom can be configurated into one king-sized bed upon request. You'll love the ocean breeze and tropical bird watching from the rooftop of the condo, especially at sunset! Enjoy your morning coffee while watching hummingbirds and parrots in their natural habitat while the cruise ships pull into the port.

Buena Vista's location is ideal for enjoying a sample of the local lifestyle of the island in a serene setting. Several wonderful restaurants are located nearby, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the waterfront and downtown San Miguel for great shopping and nightlife. Included in your rate is purified water delivered regularly, towels, linens, wifi, and more. Flat Tv in the living are with Roku. Both bedrooms equipped with AC and wireless speaker to enjoy some music during your stay

-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
