Bedroom one is equipped with a Smart TV, and the living room offers a Smart TV for your entertainment (use your own app log ins). Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze, lounge on comfortable seating, or dine alfresco in the outdoor dining area.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, blender, and dishwasher—perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The condo also includes two full bathrooms with towels provided for your convenience. Please note there is no washer or dryer available in the unit. Whether you're relaxing indoors or soaking up the views, this condo offers everything you need for a memorable stay in Cozumel.
Located beachfront with water views, our stunning condo offers unparalleled access to the natural grottos, sandy beach, boardwalk, and boat dock just steps away. Your reservation also includes access to the infinity pool and jacuzzi in the El Cantil complex. Dive enthusiasts will love the convenience of snorkeling and diving right offshore, with dive operators picking up and delivering right to our dock. After a day of adventure, unwind with a short walk to the nearby restaurants, bars, shopping, and the center of town. With spectacular views of the Caribbean and the Town of San Miguel, El Cantil promises a 5-star luxury experience that will keep you coming back for more!
Nearby construction will occur Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm, from May 26 to July 14. Noise may be noticeable. No refunds will be issued. Thanks for your understanding, we apologize for any inconvenience.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-Please be advised that there may be noise coming from a resort next door.
