Luxurious and Spacious 6th floor Oceanfront Condo

Our luxury oceanfront condo boasts an enormous corner terrace with incredible Caribbean Sea views! There are two spacious king suites, each with terrace access and beautiful views. Wake up to the sun sparkling on the turquoise water! With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this vacation rental can comfortably sleep 8 guests. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy a meal with your friends and family. Relax, soak up some sun and the stunning scenery. There's even a private whirlpool for you to enjoy while you sip something refreshing and watch the sunset (as of Dec 11, 2023, the jacuzzi is being repaired and is out of service)!

The open layout of this luxurious vacation home allows for plenty of natural light and takes full advantage of the gorgeous views. Fully loaded with all appliances, the large kitchen makes it convenient to eat in when you want. There is also dining space for 8 and a private jacuzzi on the balcony! We also have a ping pong table!

Location, location, location! Across the street are two major grocery stores. Great shopping, excursions, and gourmet restaurants are just a short stroll away. One of the best things about El Cantil is that it's right on the water's edge, so you can snorkel and swim anytime! There's a natural grotto with steps leading right into the sea, a sandy beach area, plus a heated swimming pool and wading pool.

NOTE: Repair to balcony edges will be taking place starting Aug. 5th. There might be noise due to this. Project estimated to last 3 months- we apologize for any inconvenience!

- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
