This fantastic condo on the 8th floor is accessed by a keyed elevator that opens directly into a spacious area with spectacular views of Caribbean Sea, there is an open kitchen and dining area, with lots of custom finishes throughout the entire unit. It has all the amenities you would expect in a luxury Caribbean condo.

There are two Master Suites with king size beds and private bathrooms that offer a lot of privacy and one with direct access to the large terrace, the third bedroom has two full beds and a bathroom. There is a large dining room table that comfortably seats eight. There is also a pool table which provides additional entertainment after a long day outside.

It features a large outside terrace with outdoor dining and amazing ocean views with breathtaking sunsets. A full custom Kitchen with what you need to prepare meals including a wine fridge. If you want to cook or just pick up a few things there are two grocery stores within walking distance. If cooking is not part of the plan and you want to experience the local culture there are several wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Private beach, dock, and infinity pool with large hot tub downstairs.

In suite massage and chef services, scuba-diving pick up at the dock, and 24-hour doorman. All the dive operators on the Island pick-up and deliver right to your dock and then only a short walk to the rinse tanks and underground security walk-in dive lockers.

-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
