Puesta del Sol, which means "sunset" in Spanish, is an oceanfront condo complex on the beautiful island of Cozumel. It’s located on the quiet northern end of the island. Downtown is only a 5-minute taxi ride away. This vacation rental has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is perfect for your family getaway, with amenities that will make you feel at home! On the 3rd floor of the complex, this condo has plenty of natural light and gorgeous, uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea. Huge sliding doors from the living area and dining area open up to the private terrace, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets on the water. The master suite features a jetted bathtub with ocean views. A second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The infinity pool is the perfect spot for suntanning and capturing stunning photos of the turquoise water. The sea here is fairly shallow and quite calm, making it ideal for snorkeling and floating! **IMPORTANT: Pool & Elevator will not be available for the month of June**

Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
