Puesta del Sol, which means "sunset" in Spanish, is an oceanfront condo complex on the beautiful island of Cozumel. It’s located on the quiet northern end of the island. Downtown is only a 5-minute taxi ride away.
This vacation rental has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is perfect for your family getaway, with amenities that will make you feel at home! On the 5th floor of the complex, this condo has plenty of natural light and gorgeous, uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea. Huge sliding doors from the living area and dining area open up to the private terrace, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets on the water. The master suite features a King size bed. A second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The infinity pool is the perfect spot for suntanning and capturing stunning photos of turquoise water. The sea here is fairly shallow and quite calm, making it ideal for snorkeling and floating!
Snorkeling in the front of the building is beautiful and water clarity is always fantastic. The favorite spot for kite surfers is about 2 miles to the north of our condo. Cozumel diving is the 2nd best in the world! Surfing on the east side (20-minute drive) is great for beginners. The island is full of fantastic restaurants with varying price ranges- lots to do! **IMPORTANT: Pool & Elevator will not be available for the month of June**

Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
