- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM could result in fines of up to $1000.00 or possible eviction.
- There is an elevator to the unit, but this is a three level condo with stairs.
