Our 2000 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 ½ bath condo features comfortable imported American furnishings, central air conditioning, purified water throughout, and hot water on demand.

The large living room / dining room / kitchen area is open concept with incredible ocean views. The well equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances including side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Other kitchen features: coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, waffle maker, electric skillet, and crock pot, in addition there is a BBQ on the terrace. The main area also has a laundry room with washer/dryer and ½ bath.

Each of the 2 master suites have a comfortable memory-gel foam topped king size bed, private full bathroom with tiled shower, ceiling fan, and ample closet and drawer space. We have a 49"" flat screen TV offering Live HD US and Canadian TV (pretty much every channel you can think of), plus a large selection of movies, Kids channels, Premium Stations (including HBO and Cinemax), and Premium Sports Channels. We also have a Blu-ray/DVD player/home theater system, and an HDMI cable available to stream videos from your laptop. That it is the same condo owner’s, Lisa and Randy Clarke, and it is the same property manager that has always taken care of the condo and the guests.

-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please be advised that this is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed in the unit itself or on any private balconies. Thank you for your understanding!
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
