** FAVORITE THINGS TO DO NEARBY **
Welcome to Indianapolis, Indiana, home of the World Capital of Racing, The House that Peyton Built, and Hoosier Hospitality! We hope you enjoy our city as much as we do! Below are some of our favorite things to do in town! Did you try one of these or find something we missed? Let us know what your favorites are, we’d love to hear!

Food: Greek Islands, Shaprio’s Deli, Kilroys (sports bar, get the pepperoni breadsticks), Bakersfield, Rathskellar (German bar, awesome bier garden), The Eagle on Mass, MacNivens, La Margarita, Revolucion, Loco Restaurant and Cantina, Libertine, Yats, Big Woods Speedway, 1718 Bates-Hendricks Housebar

Pizza: Favorite quick pizza delivery is Hotbox, best pizza joint to dine at is Jackamo Upper Crust Pizza in Irvington. Greeks Pizzeria downtown and Broad Ripple

Fine Dining: St. Elmos Steakhouse, Harry and Izzy's (both are sister restaurants and serve Indy’s world famous shrimp cocktail sauce, steak sliders are also a must at either!), Iozzo’s Garden of Italy, Momma Corrola’s, Kona Grill, Mesh on Mass, Beholden is also considered one of the very best meals you can get in town.

Local Coffee: Georgia Street Grind, Foundry Provisions, Neidhammer Coffee Co., Tinker Coffee, Coat Check Coffee

Live Music: Slippery Noodle (Indy's oldest bar, live blues music 7 nights a week, ask for tour if not busy), Chatterbox Jazz Kitchen, 8 Seconds Saloon (our all time favorite bar and line dancing venue, a bit of an uber but well worth it)

Museums/Tours/Family Visits: Indiana State Museum, Children's Museum (world’s largest and best!), Eiteljorg Museum, Indianapolis Art Museum, Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site, Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library, James Whitcomb Riley Museum, Conner Prairie, Indianapolis Zoo, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Saint John the Evangelist, Scottish Rite Cathedral, Indiana Historical Society

Misc Sports Stops: Reggie Miller Mural, the Peyton Manning Statue, Plump’s Last Shot, Hinkle Fieldhouse (filming of Hoosiers), Lucas Oil Stadium Tour, Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum and Tour, NCAA Hall of Champions

History: Indy was designed by the same city planner as our nation's capital and has the most monuments and memorials of any city in the United States besides Washington D.C. The Soldiers and Sailors Monument, World War Monument, the Monumental Mall, and all the monuments on the canal trail are all very much worth the visit.

Walking/Biking: The Canal trail, Cultural Trail, Garfield Park, and Monon Trail are all fantastic.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Please note as this unit is a part of a multi-unit home, this unit does NOT have control of the thermostat. Temperatures are unable to be adjusted during your stay, however, A/C will be on in the summer and heat will be on during the winter.
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is contactless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in 🙂
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Have a larger group? The other side of the unit has sleeping space for up to 8 guests! The only shared areas are outdoors.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

Have any questions about our home or location? Please don't hesitate to reach out! We hope to host you soon!
