Welcome to our charming retreat in downtown Indianapolis! This cozy vacation rental comfortably sleeps 4 guests with its main floor bedroom featuring a queen bed and an additional queen bed in the upstairs loft. The home offers a full bathroom, comfortable furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for your convenience. There's also a BBQ grill on the back deck. You’ll love our mid-century design, from the mustard walls to the master bedroom set and artwork. With parking available for two vehicles, you can explore the city hassle-free.

Located just moments away from the bustling downtown area, yet nestled on a quiet residential street, this home offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. In just a short 10-15 minute walk, you'll find yourself immersed in the vibrant city center of Indianapolis. Explore an array of attractions, including the renowned Indianapolis Zoo, Indiana State Museum, and White River State Park. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Canal Walk, and enjoy the lively Mass Ave area filled with restaurants, shops, and bars. Catch your favorite team at an NFL game at Lucas Oil Stadium or NBA game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Although we adore children, we advise against bringing them to our home because of the spiral staircase leading to the loft. Our setup may not be suitable for families with young children or individuals who may find climbing the spiral staircase challenging. Rest assured, there is a bedroom and bathroom available on the main floor for convenience.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-We are pet friendly (max two dogs, no cats or other animals please). Please note we do not have a fully fenced backyard, bring a leash. Dogs are welcome for a $150 fee plus $50 for each additional. Please note:
1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing pets and the fees must be paid prior to check-in.  Exceptions apply for service animals, but proof that your pet is a service animal must be provided.
2. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas.  Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-This is a non-smoking property.  Violation can result in additional cleaning fees and fines. 
-The side yard is currently being repaired from recent plumbing work, this will not affect your stay.
