Since we are located in a DOWNTOWN complex in a lively area, noise and music are likely to be heard during your stay. We’re also conveniently located just one block from the supermarket if you need to stock up on groceries.
Playa del Carmen is world famous for it’s white sand beaches, world class dining, fun, exciting atmosphere, accessibility to other top spots like Cozumel and Tulum, and so much more!
Most travelers arrive to the Cancun airport, located about 45 minutes north or Playa del Carmen, or you can fly into the Cozumel airport and take the ferry over to Playa del Carmen.

- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- This location may experience some noise due to nearby clubs and restaurants. Downtown Playa del Carmen is experiencing continued growth and development, so construction noise is possible during your stay. No refunds offered for noise issues.
